Who we are

Why we started

Running a venue in Egypt means juggling WhatsApp chats, paper tickets, a till, spreadsheets and apps that don't talk to each other. Owners usually find out what went wrong only after it has cost them.

We started by answering booking messages, then kept going until it ran the whole venue.

What we built

Zaki Ops, the AI operating system for businesses that serve customers: customers, bookings, orders, payments, the team and the numbers sit in one system, and Zaki, its AI assistant, does the repetitive work.

What we believe

AI should handle the routine. Your staff stay in control, and a person is always one tap away.

Where we're going

Hospitality is where we started, not where we stop. You name it, we automate it.

Made in Egypt.
