Use of service

Zaki Solutions provides booking, appointment, ordering, payment, receipt, reminder and operations automation for businesses in Egypt, through WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, ordering pages and a business dashboard. Businesses and customers agree to use the service only for legitimate operational communication.

Business responsibility

Business operators remain responsible for honouring bookings, appointments, orders, deposits, refunds, payment confirmations, service availability, capacity, pricing, and the accuracy of business information shown to customers.

Payments

Zaki Solutions may help collect or record InstaPay transfers, card payments, deposits, payment screenshots and receipts. Final payment acceptance, refund handling and dispute resolution remain the responsibility of the business operator.

Service availability

Zaki Solutions is designed for high availability, but WhatsApp and Instagram delivery, Meta systems, internet access, payment providers, AI providers and other third-party services can occasionally affect response times, payment status or message delivery.
