Does Zaki understand Arabic and Franco?
Yes. Zaki understands Arabic, English and Franco, voice notes included, and answers guests who write in Franco in Arabic.
What happens when Zaki doesn't know the answer?
Zaki answers from what your venue has set up and doesn't guess. When it can't help, or the guest asks for a person, it hands the chat to your team and lets them know.
Can my staff take over a chat?
Yes. Your team can take over any conversation from the dashboard and hand it back to Zaki when they're done.
How do guests pay?
At the table by InstaPay, card or cash. Cards go through Paymob, and InstaPay deposits for bookings are there when you want them.
How long does setup take?
Your dashboard works the moment you claim your free month. Adding your menu, tables and team is the main job, and we do it with you. WhatsApp answers start once your number is connected.
